[Return/Exchange Application]

1. Please note that please check the product as soon as possible after receiving it. You must submit a return application within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if it is overdue.

2. Returned goods will be sent out within 5 working days after submitting the return application. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after the deadline.

【Precautions】

1. When returning goods, please go to the post office and send it back by registered mail (package), otherwise the "return shipping fee" will not be refunded.

2. If the product is purchased at a discounted price, take Gulifei + Cat Cake Comb as an example. If only Gulifei is returned, the refunded amount will be refunded after deducting the discount amount of Gulifei at the time of purchase.

3. If the order payment does not reach the free shipping amount after the return, the refund will be refunded after deducting the free shipping fee borne by the merchant.

4. Shipping fees incurred due to purchase are non-refundable.

5. When you submit the return application form, you agree to our return principles and accept our handling of invoice invalidation and related follow-up processing matters on your behalf.

6. For domestic orders (the place of collection/pickup is Taiwan), if the goods have been brought abroad and you want to return or exchange them, the postage will not be refunded. If you want to exchange the goods, the new products can only be sent to Taiwan (they cannot be sent overseas) ). Please make sure the product is flawless before taking it out of Taiwan.

7. Please be sure to keep the invoice and send it back together with the invoice when applying for product return.

【Refund instructions】

1. No matter how you paid for the purchase, we will refund the money by transfer. Please provide the correct remittance account number and attach a copy of the refund account passbook cover when sending the returned goods to facilitate the completion of the refund procedure.

2. After confirming that our refund standards are met and the information is correct, we will refund the money to your account within 10-15 working days.

[Situation where refund cannot be processed]

1. The application for return or exchange has been overdue for more than 7 days

2. If the remittance account number is filled in incorrectly, refunds will not be processed.

3. The original invoice is lost.
